This agreement is used to form a partnership between a Web Content Provider and a Website Owner or Publisher. It details the terms whereby a content Owner provides its content (text, images or multimedia) to another party such as a website Owner. The nature of the content and where it shall be posted on the Internet are defined in this contract, as well as how advertising revenues and website fees are shared. In many cases, the parties decide to create a co-branded website that they will operate jointly and from which they equally derive revenues.
