Document Description:
The Trademark License Agreement for Software is a legal agreement between a party (the “Licensor”) who consents to license all existing trademarks and versions of a software program to a second party (the “Licensee”). This agreement prescribes the allowed usage of trademarked material, as per the negociations and terms set out in the license.
This license covers elements such as the royalties to be paid to the Licensor, the trademarks that may be used by the Licensee and the term (duration) of the agreement during which the licensee pays the trademark owner for use of all marks. Unless specified, once the term of the license is over, all rights in the trademark revert back to the trademark owner.
