Document Description:

A Stock Subscription Agreement is an application from an individual investor (the “Purchaser”) to purchase stock from a corporation (the “Company”). The information solicited in this form, such as the investor's past investment experience, income and net worth, is used by the Company to evaluate the investor’s suitability for the investment. The warranties and representations made by the Purchaser protect the Company and are necessary to comply with state and federal laws that govern the sale of stock. This agreement also provides the Company the right to refuse the Investor for whatever reason.
