Document Description:
A Revocation of Guaranty or Guaranty Revocation is used when an individual or company wishes to cease their guaranty of the credit of an Obligor (a borrower). In completing this template, the Guarantor is expressing that they shall not be obligated on the guaranty for any further credit extended by the lender to the Obligor. When you revoke a guaranty, you remain liable to any balance owing until receipt of the letter by the Creditor; this acknowledgment is included in this template.
This is an excellent and straightforward notification, which may be used for anything from revoking your guaranty as a co-signer for a personal loan to revoking your company’s guaranty for the credit of another large commercial entity.
