Financing Agreement

Document Description:

A Financing Agreement is a document used to establish a legally binding agreement between a Financer and a company receiving funds (financing). It represents a formal commitment on behalf of the Financer to provide funding to another party over a fixed period of time in exchange for repayment of the initial principal and interest payments.

Typically, the purpose of a Financing Agreement is to provide funds to assist the financed company in promoting and furthering its business. This agreement can also be used with our Promissory Note template, as it provides complementary evidence of the financing hereunder.
