Document Description:

This template (also known as an EULA) is a contract in which a software developer (the Licensor) provides an end-user (the Licensee) the right to utilize a licensed software. It covers the circumstances and terms under which the Licensee may use the software, for example as a one-time single PC installation (for demo purposes), as a network installation for company wide utilization, or as part of the Licensee's website. As is the case for all licenses, it contains a clause that disclaims all liabilities that might result from use of the software.

Our B2C EULA (or Shrink-Wrap license agreement) is better suited for a mass-licensed software that is sold to individual users.
