Your Order is Secure!
Today's popular media sources have led many people to believe that it is not safe to send your credit card information over the Internet. In fact, you're at greater risk when using the card in a retail store. Why? The key is the way Internet information is transmitted. When data is sent over the Internet, it is broken into pieces. These are called packets, and they hold small bits of information. The packets are coded, so that when they arrive at their destination, a computer reassembles them. While in transit, the packets join billions of other packets being transmitted over the Internet. When sensitive information is being transmitted, each packet is first encrypted according to industry standard 128-bit encryption and sent via SSL technology (Secure Sockets Layer) to ensure that no unauthorized user can view the information in the packet. Furthermore, your information is never stored on our servers.
Why is it secure?
To ensure that your order is secure we have contracted with Authorize.Net (a leading provider of Internet-based transaction services) and MCSSL (a Verisign certified shopping cart) for processing our online transactions. More businesses are using Authorize.Net to process their transactions over the Internet than any other payment solutions provider. To secure payment information, they use 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer ) encryption technology. SSL encrypts the transmissions from both our server as well as your computer. Put simply, the transmission from our server forms a matched pair with the transmission from your computer, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid. If you are using Netscape 1.0 or later or Microsoft Internet Explorer 1.0 or later as your web browser, your transactions are fully encrypted and secure when you buy through biztree.com. You'll know that it is secure when you see a full yellow key in a blue box in the lower left-hand corner of your Netscape browser. If you use Explorer, you'll see a full "lock" in the status bar.
What pages are secure?
Only the order form page is secure. Other pages are not secured in order to increase the transmission speed. Go ahead and place an order! Now you know it will be secure!
